  • How do I place an order?

Simply navigate to your preferred product(s) and add them into your cart/basket and automatically checkout by pressing buy now button. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We only deliver products already purchased through our online store, therefore only debit payments/instant payments after placing order are considered. All electronic payments are supported.

  • Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment information is always saved in encrypted form. 

Your personal information is stored in accordance with POPIA requirements relating to international data transfers.

We will retain your personal information for as long as you remain our customer and in line with our legislative obligations and internal retention policy.

  • Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

All orders are taken before 09:30am daily to ensure a seamless delivery process between 12pm to 17pm daily. We suggest you place or cancel your order before 10am to ensure a successful cancelation and for repayments of order amounts/spend.

  • How do I create an account?

  • What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We deliver daily between 12pm till 17pm. All order are closed by 10am daily. Delivery fee standard rate of - R90.

  • How can I track my order?

Our deliveries are fulfilled by Breeze (https://breaze.co.za/customer-apps/). Download the app from app store or visit website.

  • What should I do if my order is damaged or lost?

Please keep all items as has been received and contact us to organise for returns.
